Your First Visit
Your first visit in the office is when you will meet with the doctor to discuss your reason for seeking care. New Patient appointments are scheduled during special reserved times in the morning and in the afternoon to allow adequate time for the Doctor's evaluation and assessment. Diagnostic X-rays may also be taken at this time.
Please bring you insurance card if you have health insurance, your automobile insurance card if you are coming in after a car accident and a photo ID. Please bring any previous x-rays or MRI reports if you have them.
You will fill out some paperwork, click here to download the form, before meeting with the Doctor. We will perform an examination and chiropractic analysis. X-rays can be taken on site if needed or a referral can be given. Therapy may be administered on your first visit.
Your Second Visit
You will receive a Report of Findings and a recommendation for treatment on your second visit in our office. We will review your x-rays and discuss your diagnosis and any recommended treatment. We will discuss proper posture for daily activities, exercise and provide nutritional advice as appropriate.
